Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Role Overview

India’s most trusted & Leading Integrated Facility Management company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Executive to support senior management in managing data, reporting, coordination, and communication across clients, project sites, and internal cross-functional teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate MIS, timely reporting, and effective coordination in line with operational excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities

Management & Secretarial Support

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Management
• Manage schedules, follow-ups, reminders, and coordination for management

meetings

• Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM), action trackers, and follow-up reports

MIS & Reporting

• Collect operational, manpower, billing, and performance data from BVG project

sites

• Compile, validate, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards
• Analyze data and present management-level insights for review
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of reports

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with clients, site teams, regional offices, and corporate cross-

functional departments

• Act as a single point of contact between Management and internal/external

stakeholders

• Draft professional emails, letters, and reports in line with BVG communication

standards

Presentations & Documentation

• Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for client reviews, management

meetings, and internal audits

• Prepare SOPs, trackers, summaries, and documentation using MS Word and

Excel

Technology & AI Enablement

• Utilize AI tools and modern digital technologies to automate reporting, improve

data analysis, and enhance productivity

• Support digital transformation initiatives within BVG operations
• Stay updated with emerging tools relevant to MIS, analytics, and reporting

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Working knowledge of Hindi
• Excellent proficiency in:
• MS Excel (data analysis, formulas, MIS reporting)
• MS PowerPoint (professional presentations and dashboards)
• MS Word
• Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Excel AI features, automation tools, presentation

tools, etc.)

• Good analytical, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a multi-site, client-driven environment
• Professional integrity and confidentiality

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate (BA / BSc / BCom / BBA / BCA, etc.)
• Freshers are encouraged to apply/ Experience professionals
• Prior exposure to MIS, coordination, or corporate reporting is an added advantage
