MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with 2–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will be responsible for data management, reporting, analysis, and supporting management with accurate and timely information for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Collect data from various departments (Production, QC, QA, HR, Finance, Sales, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports
• Maintain databases, dashboards, and trackers using Excel and other tools
• Support management with trend analysis, variance reports, and performance metrics
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data validation and updates
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity
• Assist in automation and improvement of MIS processes

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts)
• Working knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis
• Experience in pharma manufacturing environment preferred
• Good understanding of ERP/SAP or similar systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Science / Management / IT or equivalent
• Certification or advanced training in Excel/MIS will be an added advantage

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant MIS experience (Pharma industry preferred)
