HR Manager

As an HR Manager at ALIQAN Technologies, you will play a crucial role in leading HR operations, managing recruitment activities, and fostering strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include: - Regularly interacting with clients to understand their hiring requirements, provide updates, and build lasting relationships. - Coordinating with internal HR recruiters and the hiring team to ensure alignment with client needs. - Tracking ongoing requirements, assigning tasks to recruiters, and monitoring progress against timelines. - Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing primarily on third-party/contractual hiring. - Ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, and documentation for third-party hires. - Developing and implementing strategies for sourcing, screening, and closing niche IT/non-IT positions. - Maintaining recruitment dashboards, tracking metrics, and providing regular hiring status reports to management and clients. - Collaborating with leadership on workforce planning and scaling staffing solutions. - Driving engagement with recruiters to ensure quality delivery and timely closures. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws, third-party contracts, and organizational HR policies. Required Skills & Competencies: - 3-6 years of HR/recruitment management experience, with a strong focus on IT/third-party hiring. - Demonstrated ability to manage client interactions and build enduring relationships. - Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams of HR recruiters. - Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. - Ability to handle multiple client requirements simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS systems. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred). - Solid knowledge of third-party hiring models and compliance.
