HR - Junior Operations

Job Brief:

We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit. The ideal candidate will oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding formalities, employee confirmation, grievance handling, documentation, and separations. You will also assist with change management and OD initiatives alongside HR leadership, maintain HR metrics and databases, and provide regular updates on internal issues, projects, and deadlines. Additionally, you'll guide employees on performance management, talent development, policies, practices, and HR tools.

Technical Proficiency:

- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and database maintenance

- Flexibility to work in different shifts

- Willingness to accept additional responsibilities as needed

- Good MIS skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly

- Maintain HR records and ensure confidentiality

- Foster positive employee relations to enhance the employee experience

- Develop and implement HR process improvements for efficiency

- Handle end-to-end background verification for new employees

- Ensure collection and verification of all mandated documents prior to joining

Candidate Requirements:

- Candidates should be within 10-15 km of the work location
