Job Description

Role: HR Operations Intern

Location: Gurugram

Stipend: Paid

Role Overview:

The HR Operations Intern will support day-to-day HR processes across onboarding, asset management,employee communication, and HRBP coordination. The role offers hands-on experience in core HR operationsand process management.Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate welcome kit, ID card, and asset dispatch processes.
Support employee data tracking and communication.
Assist in virtual visiting card creation and updates.
Help manage BQP examination enrollments, materials, and results.
Coordinate loan verification and approval follow-ups.
Support HRBPs with E-code generation, event planning, and TAT tracking.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong coordination and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and proactive.
Knowledge of Excel and Google sheets.
Pursuing a recently completed degree in HR or Business Administration would be an added advantage.

What Youll Learn:

Exposure to end-to-end HR operations.
Experience in managing employee lifecycle processes.
Collaboration with multiple HR and business teams.
