Role Overview
The L&D Intern will play a key role in supporting the HR team at Antara by ensuring smooth onboarding of new hires and assisting in the design, coordination, and execution of learning and development programs across business units. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people operations, employee engagement, and corporate learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
Assist in identifying training needs through surveys and feedback.
Coordinate logistics for internal and external training programs.
Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and feedback forms.
Help create and circulate learning content, newsletters, and reports.
Track completion of mandatory learning modules and certifications.
HR Operations & Analytics
Support in maintaining HR dashboards for onboarding and training metrics.
Assist in preparing monthly L&D reports and presentations for leadership.
Coordinate with vendors and trainers for L&D initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Psychology, or Management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Passionate about employee experience and learning culture.
