Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000/month (based on performance)

Hike My Traffic is a growth-driven digital marketing agency based in Noida. We help startups and SMEs boost their online presence, traffic, and sales through strategic marketing. As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to explore a career in Human Resources and gain practical experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
• Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and shortlisting
• Help in onboarding new hires and documentation
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events
• Support HR team in day-to-day tasks and administrative duties

Who Can Apply:

• Students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Internshala, LinkedIn is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
