- Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
- Manage end-to-end attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.- Ensure timely and accurate handling of Statutory Compliance: PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.- In addition, you will have a number of HR decisions to help push departmental and organizational progress.- Act as a point of contact between employees and management for HR-related queries.- Drive employee engagement initiatives and staff welfare programs.- Prepare HR reports and data analysis using MS Excel and other tools.- Contribute to HR policy development and continuous process improvements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in core HR operations.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot tables).- Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Proactive, with decision-making skills and ability to handle confidential information.
