Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives
Help maintain and update candidate databases and HR records
Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
Assist with onboarding activities and documentation for new hires
Support the HR team with administrative tasks and HR projects as needed
Participate in HR team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements

Skills and Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Strong interest in recruitment and HR functions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software/tools
Self-motivated, proactive, and a quick learner
