HR Intern

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The HR Intern will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in human resources management and an opportunity to strengthen skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint while working on real projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding activities, including preparation of documentation and orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and personnel files.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and data analysis using MS Excel.
• Create HR presentations, employee engagement reports, and training decks in MS PowerPoint.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance-related activities.
• Conduct basic research on HR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
