Job Description: Talent Acquisition Intern

Type: Internship | Duration: 6 months

AltQuad Global LLP is seeking a motivated HR Intern / Talent Acquisition Intern to support the team’s hiring activities and assist with HR operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment cycles and operational HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end hiring cycle (job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Support HR operations including documentation, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.

Contribute to employer branding and campus outreach initiatives.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business, or related fields).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Interest in recruitment and HR operations.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
