Job Description:

We are hiring an HR Intern to handle daily HR, operations, and coordination work. This role is ideal for students or freshers who want hands-on experience in hiring, internal processes, and basic HR operations within a marketing agency.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing job descriptions and posting openings on job portals.
• Shortlisting resumes and coordinating interviews.
• Calling and following up with candidates.
• Handling joining formalities and basic documentation.
• Maintaining employee and candidate records.
• Managing attendance.
• Handling basic payroll work and maintaining related data.
• Preparing the HR report.
• Tracking daily tasks and team deadlines.
• Supporting internal coordination and operational work.
• Sharing reminders for meetings, tasks, and submissions.
• Maintaining basic office records and documents.
• Planning team activities and festival celebrations.

Requirements:

• Students or fresh graduates (HR / Management or related field)
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Docs
