Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern – Recruitment to support our Talent Acquisition team at our Noida Sector-63 office. This role will provide hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate database & recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates for interview schedules and feedback
• Assist in onboarding documentation and joining formalities
• Support HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Basic understanding of recruitment process
• Comfortable with MS Excel, emails & job portals
• Quick learner with positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
