Job Description

This role involves field visits, explaining our partnership benefits to auto drivers, and helping them complete the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities: Visit assigned areas and interact with auto-rickshaw drivers. Explain the benefits of joining our advertising program. Collect driver details, documents, and get them registered in our system Achieve daily target of onboarding 20 auto drivers Build trust and maintain strong field relationships Coordinate with the operations team for branding schedule and follow-ups Submit daily reports of onboarding and field visits Requirements: Minimum 1 year of field sales or onboarding experience (freshers with strong field presence can apply) Strong communication skills in Hindi + local language Basic understanding of smartphone usage (to update onboarding info) Must be willing to travel locally and work in the field full time Self-motivated, target-oriented, and trustworthy Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
