Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily field visits within the assigned territory to meet potential business customers.
  • Present and demonstrate the company’s digital and software-based solutions to customers.
  • Educate clients on product features, benefits, and how the solution can improve their business operations.
  • Support customers during onboarding and ensure they understand how to use the product effectively.
  • Follow up on leads, nurture prospects, and convert trials or interested customers into paid users.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, update CRM with lead status, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Gather and share market feedback, customer insights, objections, and competitor activities with the team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of sales experience in the dot-com industry, Internet/online product sales, or software products sales.
  • Strong communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Comfortable explaining mobile apps, digital tools, and technology products.
  • Energetic, proactive, and passionate about field sales and customer interaction.
  • Willing to travel locally every day; a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is a must.
  • Must maintain good grooming and professional presentation during client interactions.
