About the Internship

Nirvasa Healthcare is offering a 3-month paid, full-time HR Internship for motivated students who are currently pursuing BBA or MBA and are looking for short-term, hands-on industry experience. This internship provides real exposure to core HR functions in a professional healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and candidate screening
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Support onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain HR records and databases
• Assist in attendance tracking and HR reporting
• Support HR operations and day-to-day activities
• Help with employee engagement initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

• Currently pursuing BBA or MBA (HR preferred)
• Looking for a short-term, paid internship
• Available for full-time (3 months)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
