Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The HR Intern will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in human resources management and an opportunity to strengthen skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint while working on real projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding activities, including preparation of documentation and orientation sessions. Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and personnel files. Prepare HR reports, trackers, and data analysis using MS Excel. Create HR presentations, employee engagement reports, and training decks in MS PowerPoint. Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events. Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance-related activities. Conduct basic research on HR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
