This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in talent acquisition within a supportive and flexible work-from-home environment. 🎯 Key Responsibilities As an HR intern, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including: Sourcing & Screening: Crafting and posting compelling job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.). Actively sourcing candidates through resume databases, networking, and cold outreach. Reviewing applications and conducting initial telephonic screening/interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Candidate Management: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with real-time candidate data. Managing candidate communication to ensure a positive and professional experience. Offer & Onboarding: Assisting in the preparation and extension of offer letters. Coordinating pre-joining formalities and documentation (if applicable). Maintaining follow-up communication until the candidate successfully joins. Reporting: Providing weekly updates and reports on recruitment metrics (e.g., number of screened candidates, offers extended, time-to-hire). ⚙️ Role Requirements HR Intern (End-to-End Recruitment) Working Model Work From Home (Remote) Work Schedule: 5 Days Working Daily Shift: 6 Hours (Flexible timing within core business hours, to be determined) Weekly Offs: Saturday and Sunday (Fixed Off) Internship Duration: 2 Months ✅ Mandatory Requirements The applicant must be equipped to handle the work-from-home setup efficiently: System: Must possess their own functional laptop/desktop system with a webcam and microphone. Connectivity: Must have reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi/Internet connectivity to support video conferencing and continuous workflow. Student currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong proactive learner with a willingness to take ownership of tasks. Familiarity with various social media platforms and professional networking sites (like LinkedIn) for sourcing.
