Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and competent HR Intern to join our Human Resources Department. As an HR Intern, you will have to provide assistance to our HR department in day to day operations. You will assist the HR Department in various tasks including payroll, recruitment, selection, orientation and employee training and development. You will also assist in updating our employee records with new hire information, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. We would like to meet you! Responsibilities Update our internal databases with new employee data including contact details and employment forms. Collect payroll information such as hours of work done by an employee, details of bank accounts, etc. Assist in screening forms and resumes of applicants. Plan and schedule interviews with candidates. Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks. Create reports on the HR-related process when required. Address queries and issues of workers when required. Review and distribute company strategies by hard copies (e.g. notice board, brochures) or in digital formats (e.g. email, posts on social networks/forums/company website). Assist the HR team in organizing career fairs and special events. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or similar field Proven experience working as an HR intern or a similar role in the Human Resource Department. Working knowledge of MS Office or database systems, HRIS and ATS. Familiar with full-cycle recruiting. Basic understanding of labor legislation (Occupational safety and health, Anti-discrimination law, National Labor Relations Act, etc). Excellent planning and organizational skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. Outstanding problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong work ethics. Good time management skills. Ability to work independently.

Our vision is to enhance the economic conditions of farmers by providing knowledge and insights into the latest advancements in agriculture, fostering connections between various stakeholders and inspiring positive practices in the sector. Key Responsibilities: Organize, and execute both virtual and physical events across the country, focused on agriculture and rural development. Ensure successful delivery of all aspects — from pre-event planning to on-ground execution and post-event reporting. Strategically drive sales of award nominations , ensuring targeted outreach to relevant stakeholders across agri-businesses, startups, cooperatives, and rural enterprises. Manage and convert leads for delegate passes , working closely with potential participants to maximize attendance and revenue. Actively pitch and close deals for event sponsorships (category, associate, supported-by, etc.), delivering value to sponsors through tailored packages and brand visibility. Continuously scout for new business opportunities including regional events, exhibitions, summits, and strategic partnerships. Identify market trends and leverage networks to expand revenue pipelines. Act as the single point of contact for clients, sponsors, and partners — from initial engagement through event execution and post-event feedback. Build long-term relationships and deliver a consultative approach to meet client objectives. Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns for awards, delegate registration, and sponsorship. Ensure consistent messaging across print, digital, and social media platforms Conduct venue visits, present services and offerings, and negotiate event bookings. Upsell additional services such as exhibition booths, speaking slots, branding elements, and on-site activations. Own and deliver monthly/quarterly revenue targets linked to nominations, delegate registrations, and sponsorships. Maintain and track pipelines, conversions, and follow-ups using CRM tools or spreadsheets. Work closely with editorial, marketing, creative, and logistics teams to ensure alignment across content, promotion, production, and on-ground activities. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in awards, conferences, exhibitions , or event sales is strongly preferred. Proven track record in closing high-value sponsorships and driving delegate/nomination sales. Exposure to the agriculture, rural, or development sector will be an added advantage.
