Key responsibilities:

· Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

· Support the onboarding process by managing employee documentation and facilitating orientation.

· Organize and execute employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.

· Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy in HR databases and filing systems.

· Assist in drafting HR policies, preparing HR documents, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

· Coordinate training programs, maintain training records, and assist in evaluating their effectiveness.

Required qualification and skills:

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
