The Role:The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in creating visually appealing designs for cosmetic and dermatology product packaging, marketing materials, and digital content. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under the guidance of senior designers to develop high-quality visuals that align with brand objectives. Key responsibilities:· Assist in designing product packaging, labels, and branding materials as per brand guidelines.· Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and promotional materials.· Support the digital marketing team in designing creatives for websites, social media, and online ads.· Collaborate with the senior designer and marketing team to develop new and engaging design concepts.· Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.· Work on image editing, retouching, and layout adjustments as required.· Assist in coordinating with printers and vendors to ensure quality production of packaging and marketing materials.· Stay updated on design trends and industry standards to enhance creativity and efficiency.· Maintain organized files and documentation of design projects.· Handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Required qualification and skills:· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, etc.).· Basic understanding of print and packaging design.· Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines.· Strong time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.· A portfolio showcasing design work.· Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with various departments. · Working Days: 6 Days· Manufacturing Location: 816/3 Kothari Industrial Estate, Opp. Khodal Lodge, Santej, Near Science city, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382721.
