Job Responsibilities

As an HR Intern at Trekos, you will assist the HR team with day-to-day tasks, including:

• Assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Helping maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Supporting onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Drafting emails, notices, and basic HR documentation.
• Coordinating with various departments for HR-related queries.
• Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Helping manage attendance, leave records, and compliance documentation.
• Providing support in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Key Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Freshers with strong interest in HR are encouraged to apply
• Availability for full-time internship during office hours
