We’re looking for enthusiastic, confident, and communication-strong interns who want to learn recruitment, HR activities, client coordination, and real corporate sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain databases, and support onboarding.
• Help in HR documentation, attendance tracking, and employee communication.
• Support training programs, workshops, and internal HR activities.
• Promoting Clogic Softtech’s Recruitment & Staffing Services to potential clients.
• Explaining and selling Training & Placement Programs to students and job seekers.
• Approaching colleges for Internship & Collaboration Projects.
• Maintaining follow-ups, calls, meetings, and basic lead management.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory; English preferred).
• Confident, energetic, and willing to talk to clients/students.
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with discipline and ownership.
• Freshers from BBA, BCA, BSc, BCom, MBA, HR, Marketing OR Any graduate backgrounds preferred.
