Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups
• Maintain employee records and update databases
• Help manage onboarding and exit formalities
• Support in organizing employee engagement activities
• Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks

Who Can Apply:

• Pursuing or completed MBA in HR or any relevant degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in recruitment and HR processes
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
• Willing to work full-time on-site at Surandai
