HR Intern

Location: Remote/Hybrid (Preference for candidates near Chandigarh)
Timing: Full-Time | 09:30 AM – 06:00 PM
Stipend: Starting from ₹5,000 per month
Duration: 3–6 Months (Performance-Based)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and career-oriented HR Intern—any graduate, preferably from Management or HR—who is eager to start a career in Human Resources. This internship offers hands-on exposure to both Technical and Non-Technical hiring, along with end-to-end recruitment processes.

What You Will Do

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
• Work on technical & non-technical recruitment projects
• Support day-to-day HR operations and documentation
• Learn modern recruitment tools, ATS, and HR best practices
