Business Development Manager

Trekos.in is a leading adventure and trekking company passionate about helping people explore the hidden gems of the Himalayas. We specialize in organizing safe, exciting, and eco-friendly treks and travel experiences.
We’re looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive who can help us grow partnerships, increase sales, and expand Trekos.in’s reach to adventure lovers across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with travel agencies, corporates, and educational institutions.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales for trekking and travel packages.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with B2B and B2C clients.
• Plan and execute business growth strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations team to create promotional offers and sales campaigns.
• Represent Trekos.in at tourism fairs, travel events, and exhibitions (if applicable).
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality industry).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Passion for travel, adventure, and the outdoors.

Base Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
