Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Intern located in Coimbatore. The HR Intern will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various functions, such as HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. Daily tasks include maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, organizing orientation programs, and providing support in employee engagement activities. The intern will also help in conducting HR-related research, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Experience or understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits management
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
