About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. You’ll work closely with the HR and leadership team to support day-to-day HR functions and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
- Maintain and update HR databases and records.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and HR communications.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Help manage intern performance tracking and feedback collection.
- Support the HR team in any ad hoc administrative tasks or projects.
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced remote environment.
