Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR & Operations Intern to support our growing team in managing human resource functions and operational workflows across our multi-branch ecosystem. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR management, employee engagement, operations coordination , and multi-location compliance in both India and the UAE. The ideal candidate should be open to traveling or relocating to our branches in Pathanamthitta, Kochi, Bangalore, and Dubai. The company will cover all travel, accommodation, expenses. Key Responsibilities 1. Human Resource Support Assist in recruitment processes , including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding of new hires and maintain accurate employee records. Help coordinate employee engagement activities , training programs, and policy communication. Assist in handling HR documentation , compliance, and policy enforcement. 2. Operations Coordination Work closely with the operations team to manage day-to-day administrative tasks . Support internal communication, documentation, and inter-branch coordination. Assist in planning and executing operational projects and audits . 3. Cross-Branch HR & Admin Compliance Help track attendance, leave records, and HR metrics across SBMS India, SBMS ME (UAE) , and Skillspark Adoor . Ensure compliance with HR and labor laws applicable to each region. Maintain consistency in HR operations across all branches. 4. Reporting & Documentation Assist in preparing HR and operational reports for management. Maintain documentation for internal audits and compliance. Track progress of various HR and operations initiatives and provide regular updates. 5. Inter-Branch Support & Travel Support HR and operational needs across multiple offices in India and UAE. Be willing to travel or relocate for assignments at any of our branches as needed. Qualifications & Skills Required Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management , or related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Basic understanding of HR principles and business operations . Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
