Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an HR Intern. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks such as managing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and personnel management. Daily tasks include supporting HR management, clarifying HR-related queries, and assisting with employee onboarding and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience or coursework in Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
