HR Intern

You will be joining our Human Resources department as an HR Intern, where you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to a positive work environment. Your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Supporting the onboarding process for new hires. - Maintaining and updating employee records in our HRIS. - Assisting with HR-related documents and reports preparation. - Coordinating training sessions and organizing learning materials. - Supporting employee engagement activities and internal communication efforts. - Learning about company HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing general administrative support. To qualify for this role, you should: - Be currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - Have a strong interest in learning about Human Resources management. - Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills. - Be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. - Have basic proficiency in MS Office Suite and eagerness to learn new concepts. - Approach work with enthusiasm and a proactive attitude. Bonus points if you have: - Familiarity with HRIS software. - Previous administrative or customer service experience.
