Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

HR Intern

to join our Human Resources team. The intern will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and daily HR operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
  • Support in onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate and assist in employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support the performance management and attendance tracking processes.
  • Handle HR-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to HR process improvements and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
