Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team in Chennai.
This is a full-time, office-based internship designed to give hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement within a fast-growing health & wellness organization.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT, Sales, and Operations roles.
• Handle sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews via job portals and social media.
• Support bulk/volume hiring drives for retail and field sales roles.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate databases.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
• Eager to learn and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or final-year students can apply.
• Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment will be an added advantage.

Learning Outcomes
