As a Video Editor and Motion Graphic Artist at Thinkfy MEDIA, you will play a crucial role in bringing stories to life through visually captivating content for our clients. Thinkfy Strategic Development and Business Management Pvt Ltd is a rapidly growing digital marketing and business strategy agency known for its expertise in branding, social media marketing, performance marketing, and digital growth strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include editing and crafting raw footage into engaging videos tailored for various digital platforms such as social media, websites, and paid ads. You will collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to ensure that the videos align with brand messaging and campaign objectives. Creating diverse content like short-form videos, reels, YouTube content, testimonials, promotional videos, and motion graphics will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will enhance video quality through sound design, transitions, color grading, and visual effects while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines in terms of style, pacing, and tone. It is essential for you to manage and organize video assets efficiently, keeping an archive for future use. Staying updated with the latest video editing trends, social media formats, and platform-specific best practices like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts will be crucial. In this fast-paced agency environment, you will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery and upholding the quality standards set by the company. To excel in this role, you should ideally have at least 3 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency. However, freshers with an impressive showreel are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools is a must, while knowledge of Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software will be an added advantage. Motion graphics and animation skills, along with experience in editing videos for social media, digital ads, and brand storytelling, are highly desirable. Strong attention to detail, the ability to take creative direction, and adeptness at managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines are essential qualities we are looking for.
