HR Intern

Thinkfy Strategic Development and Business Management Pvt Ltd is a dynamic organization specializing in business strategy, development, and management solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support various HR functions.( Stipend will not be provided during internship period) Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination. Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documents. Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees. Assist in organizing training and development sessions. Handle employee queries and provide support in HR-related matters. Help in employee engagement activities and event planning. Assist in performance evaluation processes. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation. Requirements: Currently pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of HR principles and labor laws is a plus.
