Graphic Designer

Thinkfy Strategic Development and Business Management Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing digital marketing and business strategy agency. We specialize in branding, social media marketing, performance marketing, and digital growth strategies. We are looking for a creative and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team and help craft compelling visual content for our clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design engaging social media creatives, ad banners, website graphics, infographics, and email templates.
• Develop visually appealing brand identities and marketing materials for clients.
• Work closely with the content and marketing teams to create eye-catching campaigns for digital platforms.
• Design creatives for paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive engagement and conversions.
• Create motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form videos for social media marketing.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual identity and campaign goals.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing agency. (Freshers with an impressive portfolio can apply.)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience in designing creatives for social media, digital ads, and web-based content.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
• Motion graphics and video editing skills are highly desirable.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
