Key Learning Areas / Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure in:

• Recruitment and Selection techniques
• Employee Onboarding and Offboarding procedures
• Employee Relations and conflict resolution strategies
• HR Administration and record-keeping practices
• Training and Development program coordination
• HR Metrics and Analytics usage
• Working closely with senior HR professionals for mentorship and guidance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive attitude with the willingness to take initiative
• Basic understanding of HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, documentation, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR tools/software is a plus
