Key Responsibilities

Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and internsMaintain and update HR databases and personnel recordsAssist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and eventsPrepare HR-related reports and documentation as neededSupport HR team in daily administrative tasks and projectsEnsure compliance with company policies and HR best practices

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related fieldStrong interpersonal and communication skillsGood orga and time management abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google WorkspaceHigh level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalismEagerness to learn and nisationalcontribute to a dynamic HR team
