HR Intern

As an HR Intern at Fireblaze AI School, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team, gaining valuable exposure to various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in candidate sourcing and screening through different channels, coordinating interviews, facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, updating employee records, organizing employee engagement activities, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies, and participating in various HR projects and initiatives as needed. To excel in this role, you should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, organizational skills, proactiveness, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment are essential qualities we are looking for in our ideal candidate.
