About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our growing team and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources.

This internship offers the opportunity to explore key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Support documentation and onboarding of new hires.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Prepare regular HR reports and assist in daily HR activities.

Handle HR communication with candidates and employees.

Requirements (Must-Have):Fresher MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Must have own laptop and reliable internet connection.

Available to work 5 days a week (Monday–Friday) for 6 months.
