Square Business Services is a fast-growing organization committed to delivering excellence through people and processes. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Maintain employee databases and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and induction processes.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Coordinate with different teams for HR operations support.
• Work on HR reports, MIS, and documentation as required.

Requirements:

• Pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent (final year students may apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic HR environment.
