About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive (Generalist) to manage day-to-day human resource operations. The role involves handling the entire employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, performance management, and exit formalities. You will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Staffing Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordination with hiring managers). Handle job postings, headhunting, and maintain candidate databases. Conduct initial HR interviews and negotiate offers. 2. Onboarding & Induction Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts. Facilitate joining formalities and induction programs. Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization. 3. HR Operations & Employee Engagement Maintain employee records and HR databases. Assist in payroll processing and leave/attendance management. Organize employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs. Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely manner. 4. Exit Management Manage resignation, clearance, and exit interview processes. Handle full & final settlement formalities. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS. Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity. Problem-solving and people management skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). 2+ years of HR Generalist experience in a corporate environment.
