We are seeking a passionate Store Manager with knowledge of hair extensions and wigs to oversee our HairHaux store. The ideal candidate should possess 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, retail, or beauty-related fields. Responsibilities include managing store operations efficiently, handling reception, assisting customers, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers with expert guidance on hair extensions and wigs. - Manage daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service. - Maintain store aesthetics and product displays to attract customers. - Handle reception duties such as answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. - Track and manage stock levels to ensure timely product replenishment. - Provide after-sales support, including product care instructions and troubleshooting. - Train and supervise store staff as needed. - Ensure excellent customer service and foster strong client relationships. Requirements: - 1 to 3 years of experience in retail, sales, beauty, or hair-related fields. - Knowledge of hair extensions and wigs (types, application, and maintenance). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to efficiently manage store operations and reception duties. - Sales-driven mindset with a customer-focused approach. - Basic computer skills for billing and inventory management. - Enthusiastic, well-groomed, and professional demeanor.
