Artist Manager

We are looking for a creative and strategic Artist Manager / Social Media Manager who can handle Baani Sandhu’s Instagram and digital presence end-to-end. The person should have strong experience in social media management, content creation, photoshoots, reels production, and brand strategy.

This role is about shaping her digital image, boosting engagement, and aligning her content with her music + public brand.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy: Plan and execute Instagram content calendar (Reels, Stories, Posts).
• Creative Direction: Conceptualize & produce reels, videos, photoshoots with trendy + bold ideas.
• Brand Positioning: Build a consistent visual + emotional brand identity for the artist.
• Trend Research: Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral sounds, and reel formats.
• Posting & Scheduling: Manage content uploads (captions, hashtags, timings).
• Analytics: Track performance, insights, engagement, and optimize strategy.
• PR & Collabs: Coordinate with other artists, influencers, and brands for collabs.
• Event Content: Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS), live events, studio sessions.
• Growth Strategy: Increase followers, engagement, and brand value organically + via paid marketing.
• Reporting: Weekly report on growth, insights, and next steps.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Social Media Manager / Content Strategist for artists, influencers, or brands.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram trends, reels, viral content strategies.
• Skills in video editing (Reels, Shorts), photography, Canva/Photoshop.
• Creative mindset with eye for aesthetics, bold visuals, and storytelling.
• Ability to plan photoshoots & direct content creation.
• Knowledge of Punjabi music industry trends is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication & coordination skills.

Tools Knowledge (Bonus)

• Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom (visual design).
• CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush (reel/video editing).
• Meta Business Suite (ads & analytics).

KPIs (Success Metrics)

• Monthly follower growth & engagement rate.
• Consistency in content posting.
• Viral reel reach & impressions.
• Brand collaborations / PR visibility.
• Strong alignment of Bani Sandhu’s Instagram with her music releases + artist personality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,564.20 - ₹20,000.00 per month
