Once Upon India (OUI) is a cultural movement dedicated to celebrating the richness of Indian music and storytelling. From intimate Baithaks to soulful Mehfils and larger concerts, OUI curates experiences that honor tradition while giving deserving artists the right stage to shine.

At our heart, we exist to provide platforms to artists whose music carries truth, beauty, and potential. OUI is also building an exclusive artist management vertical, where we nurture select artists, chart their long-term journeys, and help them grow into household names — while continuing to welcome many other voices into our wider ecosystem of shows.



We seek a passionate and visionary Artist Manager to join our team. This is not just an operational role but a custodianship of artists and their journeys. The right candidate will live and breathe music, ideally with experience as an artist themselves, and will act as both a strategist and supporter: scouting talent, shaping careers, and ensuring that every artist’s experience with OUI is one of respect and sanctity.

Partnership & Industry Relations:

·       Deep understanding of music and culture — ideally an artist yourself or someone with lived immersion in the world of music.

·       4–6 years’ experience in artist/talent management, music programming, or cultural platforms.

·       Passion for arts and storytelling, with an ability to see potential and shape artist journeys.

·       Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

·       Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects.

·       Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

·       Tech-savvy, with confidence in scheduling, contracts, and social media coordination.

·       Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as per event needs.
