Work with a top makeup artist — we’re looking for a sharp, organized, and friendly individual to manage bookings, schedules, team coordination & brand collabs.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing calendar & scheduling shoots, trials, and travels
* Handling client communication & booking confirmations
* Coordinating team, vendors & logistics for events
* Tracking payments, invoices & maintaining records
* Supporting brand deals, workshops, and content planning
* Being the calm go-to person in any last-minute chaos
Tools we use: Google Calendar, WhatsApp Business, Sheets, Email, Instagram
Must be:
Professional, discreet, solution-oriented & people-friendly
Experience in admin/client-facing roles is a bonus!
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹11,875.30 - ₹50,763.09 per month
