Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Artist Manager to manage, promote, and grow the careers of talented artists in our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media, entertainment, and talent management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day activities, bookings, and schedules for artists.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, and production houses.
• Negotiate contracts, collaborations, and endorsement deals.
• Develop and implement promotional and branding strategies for artists.
• Coordinate with PR, marketing, and social media teams for artist visibility.
• Stay updated with entertainment trends and industry opportunities.
• Handle event coordination, travel arrangements, and logistics.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and negotiation abilities.
• In-depth understanding of the entertainment and media industry.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media management tools.

Working Days: 6 days a week
