• Role OverviewWe are looking for an Artist Manager with 45 years of experience to manage talent coordination, artist relations, scheduling, and event execution across projects in Jamnagar primarily and in other cities
• The role requires strong communication, on-ground coordination, negotiation skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams, agencies, and artists

Key Responsibilities

• Artist Logistics Management and CoordinationManage artist and their team's travel plans, accommodation, briefings, and performance requirements
• Ensure all rider needs, technical requirements, and hospitality arrangements are fulfilled
• Event and Project SupportWork with project heads, creative teams, and production teams to integrate artist requirements into event planning
• Support rehearsals, walkthroughs, and on-stage coordination primarily in Jamnagar and other cities as and when there are events
• Ensure smooth communication and timely updates to artists and internal teams
• Contracts and NegotiationMaintain proper documentation, approvals, and compliance for all artist engagements
• Relationship ManagementBuild strong and professional relationships with artists and their management teams
• Serve as a dependable point of contact, ensuring clarity, trust, and prompt support
• Operations and ExecutionAnticipate and resolve any logistical or on-ground issues related to artists
• Maintain reports, performance records, and cost tracking related to talent management

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in artist management, celebrity coordination, talent relations, entertainment, or event industry roles
• Experience working with artists for weddings, concerts, events, or entertainment projects is preferred
• Strong organisational skills, people skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments
