Location: Ahmedabad Type: Project-Based Experience: 1–5 years in live event production, staging, or experiential setups About the Role We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, solution-driven Event Production Lead to bring our cultural and experiential events to life. From festival-scale setups to niche brand gatherings, you’ll be the grounding force that ensures every wire, truss, light, and element aligns with vision and precision. What You’ll Do Lead on-ground execution of events from load-in to strike-off Coordinate with vendors for fabrication, sound, light, stage, branding & décor Work closely with the creative, on-ground, and logistics teams Prepare and manage production timelines, budgets & material lists Conduct venue recces, vendor meetings, and production rehearsals Ensure safety, compliance, and smooth flow during live days Problem-solve on the fly when surprises arise (and they will!) What We’re Looking For 1+ years of hands-on experience in event production or live setups Knowledge of stagecraft, lighting, trussing, and fabrication Ability to manage crews, deadlines, and fast-paced environments Comfort working late hours during live event days Strong communication and vendor management skills A cool head, a sharp eye, and a heart that beats for events
