Role: Artist /Creator Manager (Full Time, On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, influencer selection, and timeline management.
• Work with our influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Support in identifying and reaching out to potential influencers, negotiating terms, and maintaining influencer relationships.
• Assist in reviewing influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards before posting.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as creative and business development, to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Manage talent schedules and availability, ensuring alignment with client campaign timelines and deliverables.
• Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with the brands objectives and influencers' strengths
• Support the Senior Manager in executing influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Identify and onboard new talent, and manage high-potential creators, supporting their growth, career success, and alignment with industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with talent through regular communication and prompt resolution of concerns.

Requirements:

• Experience of 6 months - 1 year in artist/influencer management
• Strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
